Oxylabs pricing explained
Last checked: 2026-11-07
Oxylabs sells one monthly plan that funds a credit balance across all its products. Plans were $15, $100 and $500 a month, with Enterprise from $2,500. A bigger plan gets a lower rate on most products. Datacenter ran from $0.60 per GB on Starter to $0.40 on Enterprise on 2026-11-06.
We have not tested Oxylabs. Prices are in dollars as shown. VAT may apply. The plan columns match each rate to a plan, in the order the page shows them. Oxylabs belongs to the Source group with Decodo, Webshare and ScrapingBee, so do not treat those brands as independent of it. See the group note.
Rates by plan
| Product | Starter $15 | Basic $100 | Flexible $500 | Enterprise from $2,500 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Datacenter, per GB | $0.60 | $0.55 | $0.45 | $0.40 |
| ISP, per IP | $1.50 | $1.40 | $1.20 | $1.10 |
| Web Unblocker, per GB | $7.20 | $6 | $4.80 | $3 |
| Web API custom domain, non-JS, per 1,000 | $1.00 | $0.90 | $0.80 | $0.75 |
A free welcome credit of $5 also shows the Starter rates.
How the credit balance works
- You pay the full plan each month, and it is added to your balance as credits.
- One balance covers all products, such as datacenter, ISP and Web API.
- Oxylabs says unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle, unless they carry over in an upgrade.
- If you reach the limit, it says to contact your account manager or top up in the dashboard. The page does not state a top-up rate.
Oxylabs also says self-service purchases are non-refundable.
A worked example
On Basic at $100, you could use 50 GB of datacenter at $0.55 ($27.50) and 50,000 non-JS results at $0.90 per 1,000 ($45). That is $72.50 of credit, leaving $27.50 that expires at the end of the cycle.
If you use only datacenter, at 50 GB you pay $100 and use $27.50 of it, so your real cost is $2 per GB. At about 182 GB, by our sum, the $100 plan is used up and the rate is the $0.55 on the page. See datacenter vs ISP cost for this next to other providers.
Failed traffic
We did not confirm how Oxylabs bills failed traffic on datacenter or ISP plans, so check before you buy. Test the cautious case with the proxy cost calculator. Enter the plan fee as the minimum, the plan rate as the price, and your own success rate.
Oxylabs lists success rate and response time figures on its page. Those are its claims, and we have not tested them. See Oxylabs vs Bright Data pricing for a side-by-side.
Reddit's lawsuit against Oxylabs
Reddit sued SerpApi, Oxylabs, AWMProxy and Perplexity in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on October 22, 2025. The case is 1:25-cv-8736. These are allegations, not findings. Oxylabs called the suit "unfounded" and said it will "vigorously defend" against it. It says no single company owns public data, and that it requires customers to use its services only for publicly available information.
The court's July 31, 2026 opinion decided motions by SerpApi and Perplexity, not Oxylabs. The Exhibit AI case tracker lists a separate Oxylabs motion to dismiss. One newsletter, Inner City Press, reports the judge said on October 1, 2026 that he was unlikely to grant it. We found no ruling on it as of 2026-11-06. Read the database note for more.
Lawful use depends on the place, the data and the site's terms. This is not legal advice. Oxylabs may pay us if you buy through a link in future. That does not change these sums.
